Mega Mike's Adventure Products Return and Warranty Policy

At Mega Mike's Adventure Products, we specialize in custom-made, made-to-order products designed specifically for off-grid vehicles, such as our Hydro3 Water System and Bitchen Kitchen for the Jeep Gladiator. Because of the made-to-order nature of these products, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused products still in their shipping packaging within 30 days of their delivery. However, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and offer a comprehensive 2-Year Warranty for defects in materials or workmanship.

Returns for Unopened, Unused Products (30 Days)

We accept returns for non-defective, unused, and unopened products if you experience a change of heart. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and securely palletized, with return shipping costs covered by the customer.

  • Return Window: You can request a return or replacement for defective products within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Return Method: Returns must be initiated by contacting our support team at mike@mega-mikes.com for a return authorization. Once approved, products can be returned via freight.

Returns for Defective Products (2-Year Warranty)

We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items. However, if your product is defective or develops a fault under normal use, we offer a return or replacement within 2 years of the original purchase date under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: You can request a return or replacement for defective products within 730 days (2 years) of the purchase date.
  • Eligible Products: Returns are only accepted for products with defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Return Method: Returns must be initiated by contacting our support team at mike@mega-mikes.com for a return authorization. Once approved, products can be returned via freight or mail.
  • Return Shipping Cost: We will provide a prepaid return label for defective products covered under warranty. The customer is not responsible for return shipping costs in such cases.
  • Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees for warranty-based returns.
  • Refunds or Replacements: Once the product is returned and inspected, we will either offer a replacement or process a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us at mike@mega-mikes.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos if possible.
  2. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide you with a prepaid return label.
  3. Once the defective product is received and inspected, we will ship you a replacement or issue a full refund.

Non-Defective Products

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items if they have been removed from their packaging or installed in any way, shape or form. Please ensure you are confident in your purchase before placing your order.
